HRH Crown Prince Moulay Rachid sent greetings to participants and guests of the 12th Congress of Sport Psychology

Marrakech, June, 20, 2009 -  Under the Honorary Royal Presidency of His Royal Highness Crown Prince Moulay Rachid, the 12th Congress of Sport Psychology is being held under the theme: “Meeting New Challenges and Bridging Cultural Gaps in Sport and Exercise Psychology.”

In the message sent to participants and guests of the Congress, Crown Prince Moulay Rachid said, in particular, He is delighted to welcome all the participants of the 12th Congress of Sport Psychology, which cover various aspects of modern sport and exercise psychology and the high quality of the Scientific Program of the Congress will open new perspectives on the Science of Art and Sport and Exercise psychology and on issues related to the athlete’s mental management and social changes.

Crown Prince Moulay Rachid believes that the opportunity to take part in this prestigious congress is an excellent occasion and source of encouragement for the sport psychologists, researchers, coaches and athletes with different gender, cultures and orientations on their road to continued professional growth.

Crown Prince Moulay Rachid hopes that the Congress will inspire participants from all countries to develop and implement new international projects.

Crown Prince Moulay Rachid expressed confidence that the suggestions and recommendations offered during the Congress will help strengthen fruitful exchange of knowledge and experiences aimed at further developing a feeling of identity of sport psychology and to bridge cultural gaps between countries and societies.

The 12th World Congress is taking place on June 17-21, 2009 at the Congress Center “Palais des Congrès” in Marrakech – Morocco.
