Princely Prize for Casablanca’s RAJA

Casablanca, 06 May 2006 - Prince Moulay Rachid has inspired Casablanca’s team Raja as he lent his generous support and joined the final of the second leg of the Arab Champions League Cup vs Egypt' ENPPI, held in Casablanca. His Royal Highness has taken time out of his busy schedule to be with Moroccans players for this very special event.

Raja Casablanca won 1-0.

Afterward, the Prince has hosted the awards ceremony where he handed over the trophy and the check of $1,000,000. Casablanca’s team Raja got the prize of motivation and the freedom to pursue their admired sport.

Prince Moulay Rachid oversees the work of numerous sport organizations for many years. The popular royal, who is a passionate supporter of sports, has imbued in Moroccans the love of sport and the joy of effort.
