The most admired delegation’s leader of the summit by the hostesses was indisputably the Prince Moulay Rachid, who came to Bamako represent his brother, Mohammed VI, king of Morocco.

The former Crown Prince replied to all wishes and accepted, to the great displeasure of the protocol, to pose for memorial photographs.
