HRH Crown Prince Moulay Rachid elicits new qualification for public relations and communication

Rabat, June 1, 2008 -- Encouraging Scouts to develop media and public relations skills, His Royal Highness Crown Prince Moulay Rachid, President of National Federation of Moroccan Scouting (NFMS), unveiled the Scout diploma for media and public relations and communication, a major progress to facilitate the development and empowerment of young people.

The educational project is held from June 1st to 13th in cooperation with Al-Ahram Regional Institute for the press and the Arab Scouts Organization.

The program includes subject matters such as photography skills, developing communication skills and evaluating public opinion, directing and editing media publications, advanced search skills via the Internet, electronic marketing via the Internet, planning media campaigns, using modern techniques in the field of public relations, managing the use of registered trademarks of the organizations and associations, and others.

The new program reflects the changing interests of young people and very media-driven world, helping to teach communication to young people in a way they can understand.

With his courage and conviction, the genius Crown Prince Moulay Rachid has launched an immense number of new educational and development projects for youth, showcasing his firm commitment in supporting access to widespread quality education.
