HRH Crown Prince Moulay Rachid charting path of Scouts relevance in the modern world

Rabat, May 30, 2008 -- His Royal Highness Crown Prince Moulay Rachid proved acknowledged significance transformation in the modern world by providing key changes in society which have particular relevance to the Scout.

Under the leadership of Crown Prince Moulay Rachid, the National Federation of Moroccan Scouting is proud to offer educational opportunities specifically designed to meet the needs of Boy and Girl Scouts.

These opportunities are available to all Scouts and leaders, seeking to enhance youth empowerment for added participation and better decision-making, to safeguard children and youth from all forms of abuse, and to offer all the tools they need to be at ease and successful in the life.

Seeking to dispel stereotyped descriptions in the society, Crown Prince Moulay Rachid’s vision is encapsulated in the mission to enhance personal growths, encourage interaction with diversity in people and embrace global citizenship.

Pivotal role played by the youth in the society’s development helps provide shared respect and commitment to the environment, communities and world.

His Royal Highness renowned for his work for causes like youth’s empowerment, endorsement of underprivileged children and advancement of education, among others, has helped thousands children and young to gain access to lifesaving programs which helped with integration into society, not isolating.

We thank His Royal Highness Crown Prince Moulay Rachid for his vision and leadership in empowering youth in Morocco, the Arab World and world at large.
