Prince Moulay Rachid attend in Bamako the 23rd Africa-France Summit in the Malian capital on Dec. 3-4, 2005. Prince took part at the meeting of heads of state and government to discuss sub-themes, including emigration and the training and employment of African youth.

The summit was hed under the theme "African youth: its vitality, its creativity and its aspirations."
